The staff seemed friendly. I appreciated the 24/7 free coffee and tea that was available. It was nice to be able to leave my luggage at the luggage room after checking out.

My room felt small. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and there was a void between the bed and the wall. This made it even more uncomfortable.

The included breakfast was AMAZING!!! with quite some variety. They prepared a to-go box because of our early departure, a thoughtful touch. I found the room satisfactory and the bathroom was sparkling clean.

The hallway felt a little bit narrow, but that was not a major problem.

The breakfast was very good. The sleep quality was amazing too. There is a lobby open 24 hours that has free coffee, tea, and candy.

The room was very noisy. It was next to the kitchen and the bar area of the hotel. It was also next to the employee's toilet.

the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast had a nice offering and fresh ingredients. the hotel is close to the subway station and within walking distance of many attractions.

the room i stayed in was quite small and lacked coffee making facilities. this meant i had to go to the lobby for a warm beverage at night which was a bit inconvenient.
